To prepare, develop and ensure our seafarers are competent and well-prepared for the operational expectations reflected in Rightship RISQ 3.2, supporting safer operations, stronger compliance, improved vessel performance and inspection readiness.
To develop seafarers who are competent, well - prepared and confident in meeting relevant vetting , SIRE 2.0 . and CDI expectations. Our training strengthens, inspection readiness, and vessel performance - helping our principals maintain strong vetting records and operational standards.
Competence Development 2 : VETTING
To ensure that our Seafarers are fully prepared for Port State Control ( PSC ) inspections, supporting compliance with International conventions, preventing deficiencies, avoiding detention, and keeping our vessel safe , compliant achieve good performance .
